the hotel is just magical. the rooms are kept so neat with such care. i adored the little touches like fresh flowers every day. i found the staff were so kind and helpful, especially at the breakfast buffet. it became my sweet morning ritual.

The housekeeping team, Negi and Herbert, demonstrated great attention to detail in caring for the room. Hnin greeted me warmly each morning during breakfast and remembered my name. Raju made sure every breakfast request was fulfilled, and he was always friendly.

I experienced intrusive noise levels at times , difficult to sleep with the balcony door open.
